The Rector of Tbilisi State University, Academician Jaba Samushia held a working meeting with the Rector of the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer, Holger Mühlenkamp. Within the framework of his working visit to Germany, Rector Samushia, accompanied by the delegation of the Faculty of Law, visited the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer.
The German university has been successfully cooperating with TSU for many years. For 14 years Tbilisi State University has been running a joint MA program in Public Administration, which is the first MA program in Georgia with international accreditation.
Jaba Samushia held working meetings with the Rector, Vice Rector, former Rector of the host university, as well as with the academic and administrative staff involved in the implementation of the joint program. The participants of the meetings discussed the possibilities of strengthening the joint program, the format and content of the events marking the 15th anniversary of the continuous operation of the program, which is planned to be celebrated in the first half of 2024. The discussion also focused on the expansion of the student mobility program and the submission of a new project application within the Erasmus + International Credit Mobility Program.
