The Rector of Tbilisi State University, Academician Jaba Samushia is on a working visit to the University of Córdoba (Spain). During his visit, Samushia met with Manuel Torralbo Rodriguez, the Rector of the University of Córdoba.
Tbilisi State University has a long-standing partnership with the University of Córdoba regarding student, academic and administrative staff mobility. The meeting between the two rectors focused on issues of bilateral cooperation. They agreed that cooperation should be further expanded in various areas.
The rectors planned exchange programs within the framework of bilateral cooperation and the European Union's Erasmus + program.
During the visit, the TSU Rector met with representatives of the University of Córdoba’s Faculty of Humanities. In attendance were the Director General of the Internationalization Strategy and Mobility Service of the University of Córdoba, Dr. Ignacio Alcalde Sanchez, and the Head of the TSU Department of Foreign Relations, Tea Gergedava.
