A presentation of the book Artificial Intelligence and the Right to a Fair Trial was held at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.
Nino Gvenetadze, Doctor of Law and Deputy Rector of TSU, is the scientific editor of the book, and Eka Khutsishvili, a lawyer and human rights expert, is the author.
The book is the first comprehensive study in the Georgian educational space to analyze the impact of artificial intelligence on the right to a fair trial within the context of European and American standards.
