An exhibition dedicated to the life and work of the famous Austrian poet and writer Ingeborg Bachmann has been opened at Tbilisi State University. The event was attended by the Deputy Rector of TSU Erekle Astakhishvili, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Austria to Georgia Thomas Mühlmann, professors of the Department of German Studies, students, and invited guests.
The participants of the event talked about the interesting and controversial life of Ingeborg Bachmann and her work, which is based on difficult life experiences and her philosophical perception. Ingeborg Bachmann’s poems translated into Georgian were read.
