The TSU Library has announced the outstanding student readers of the TSU class of 2023. They were presented with commemorative gifts and honorary certificates today.
“Literary students are our hope and our future! I am pleased that we are awarding those young people who were the most active visitors to the TSU library reading rooms last year. Our librarians will continue to provide the desired services to help you improve your academic level in the future,” Zurab Gaiparashvili, the head of the TSU library, Doctor of History, said during a meeting with students.
In December, the names of outstanding student readers at TSU were revealed through a survey conducted by the Information Research Department of the library of the same university. They are: Konstantin Gabuldani (Faculty of Humanities); Giorgi Chkoidze (Faculty of Humanities); Nino Shekiladze (Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences); Mariam Dadunashvili (Faculty of Economics and Business); Gocha Makharashvili (Faculty of Exact and Natural Sciences); Demetre Dzadzamia (Faculty of Exact and Natural Sciences); Berika Jugheli (Faculty of Law); Malak Ashirova (Faculty of Medicine); Luka Rekhviashvili (Faculty of Humanities); Mariam Utrugashvili (Faculty of Humanities); Mariam Kakalashvili (Faculty of Social and Political Sciences).
Along with the TSU Library, the following publishing houses supported the award ceremony: My Publishing House, Carpe Diem, Meridiani, and Shalva Amonashvili Publishing House.
