A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed by Academician Jaba Samushia, the Rector of Tbilisi State University, and Andreas Hilger, the Head of the Max Weber Foundation Georgia Branch Office, to enhance and encourage scientific and research activities.
The Memorandum aims to promote joint research and educational activities in mutually interesting fields. It also aims to encourage knowledge sharing through lectures, conferences, seminars or symposiums, support the publication of textbooks and corpora, and implement special short-term academic programs.
The meeting was attended by Erekle Astakhishvili, the Deputy Rector of TSU, and Giorgi Dgebuadze, the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law, along with other academic staff.
