The 5th scientific conference “Historical and Philological Aspects of Georgian-Caucasian Relations” was opened by the Institute of Caucasology of the Faculty of Humanities at TSU. The conference is dedicated to the memory of Academician Arnold Chikobava.
Merab Chukhua, the head of the Institute of Caucasology, opened the conference and welcomed the participants. Representatives from various accredited higher education institutions in Georgia, independent researchers, professors, and students, as well as foreign guests participated in the conference and presented reports. Among them were representatives from Malmö University (Sweden), the Azerbaijan State Agrarian University (ADAU), the Azerbaijan National Academy, and the UPV/EHU Basque University.
