The Rector of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Academician Jaba Samushia attended the presentation of the monograph by Professor Tamar Chitoshvili from the TSU Faculty of Law.
The monograph, A Comparative Study of Legislative and Practical Problems of Contractual Relations, covers issues related to consumer rights protection, legal regulation of standard contracts, banking and credit relations, and homeowner associations.
Rector Samushia emphasized the work’s scientific and practical significance, highlighting its relevance to the development of Georgian legal doctrine. He wished the author success.

This important scientific work discusses challenges in the Georgian legal space through a comparative analysis of European law, especially German law.
