The given call is valid for TSU students of the third, the fourth, the fifth, and the sixth semester of Bachelor level studies and the first, the second semester of Master-level studies to gain Erasmus + scholarships funded by a European Commission to the Summer School at Fulda University of Applied Sciences (Germany)!

 

 

!!! Physical mobility will depend on the epidemiological situation in Georgia and Germany, as well as on entry and stay regulations in the host country.

 

 

 

The call is open to TSU Students of the third, fourth, fifth and sixth semesters of the bachelor's degree and the first and second semesters of the master's degree students from the following field of Study:

 

Field of Study (German): Faculty of Economics and Business

Mobility Period: 9 July-6 August 2022

 

 

Prerequisite for admission to the competition is one of the following:

 

1. For undergraduate students:

A) The following certificates taken at least 4 calendar years before the end of the registration of the current competition: TestDaF (TDN 3), DSH (DSH 1), DSD (B2), Goethe Certificate (90-100);

Or

B) The result of the institutional testing of foreign languages ​​organized by TSU (not less than 71 points), which is valid for the semester of testing and for the next 1 semester (respectively, the result of testing for March 2, 2021 or October 6, 2021 is valid);

Or

C) An official certificate of attendance at a foreign higher education institution for at least 1 semester, indicating the language of instruction, which was the language of instruction at the university / program you are applying for;

Or

D) on the basis of an official certificate confirming the completion of the school year or the last full academic year, indicating the language of instruction, which was the language of instruction of the educational program in the relevant higher education institution, which you are applying for;

 

2. For master's degree students:

A) The following certificates taken at least 4 calendar years before the end of the registration of the current call: TestDaF (TDN 3), DSH (DSH 1), DSD (B2), Goethe Certificate (90-100);

Or

B) the result of the institutional testing of foreign languages ​​organized by the University (not less than 71 points), which is valid for the semester of testing and for the next 1 semester (respectively, the result of testing for March 2, 2021 or October 6, 2021 is valid);

Or

C) An official certificate of attendance at a foreign higher education institution for at least 1 semester, indicating the language of instruction, which was the language of instruction at the university / program you are applying for;

Or

D) Studing in a foreign language program at TSU, where the language of instruction is the language of the educational program in the relevant higher education institution, in which you are applying;

 

Scholarship Selection Process:

  1. Checking the electronic application and relevant documentation (Tbilisi State University);
  2. Interview with Candidates Selection Commission (Tbilisi State University);
  3. Final Selection / Scholarship Award (Host University).

 

List of application documentation

  1. Copy of identity document - passport (in its absence, identity card) provided by law (scanned PDF version); 
  2. CV in Europass format (in English);
  3. Certificate of enrollment at TSU (in English);
  4. A scanned version of the bachelor's degree (only for Master level students);
  5. Undergraduate Diploma Supplement with GPA Indication in English (for Master Level Students only);
  6. Transcript of current assessments according to the educational disciplines passed by the applicant, with reference to GPA (in English; scanned PDF version);
  7. Proof of foreign language proficiency. Applicants who have a positive TSU language test result do not need to upload a document;
  8. An Official certificate/document confirming disability, if applicable (scanned PDF version);
  9. A letter of recommendation in English or German (on the electronic registration portal (mobility.tsu.ge) ge you must enter the data of your recommender in the recommender field. A link is instantly sent to the recommender by e-mail, where he/she fills in the recommendation online);
  10. Cover letter in English or German not more than 1 page; Technical characteristics: Font - Times New Roman, font size - 12, line spacing - 1.0, fields - 2 cm. (Cover letter must be written in the language of instruction of the program for which the applicant is applying (PDF version);

 

 

Students interested in applying for the exchange program should register on the electronic registration portal for exchange and mobility program management mobility.tsu.ge and upload the full list of application documentation (in PDF format) and submit the complete application electronically by February 18 at 14:00 this year!

 

The scholarship includes:

  • Program participation fee (amounting to 2190 Euros);
  • Placement in a student dormitory;
  • The selected scholarships will be funded by a two-way economy class ticket from TSU Faculty of Economics and Business;
  • Selected scholarship holders must reimburse the costs of the visa fee and monthly international insurance!

a) Electronic registration portal mobility.tsu.ge  

Please note that the mobility management portal mobility.tsu.ge mobility.tsu.ge:

  • Does not register applications after the expiration of the above deadline (February 18 at 14:00);
  • Does not register an incomplete application package;
  • The application form is considered electronically submitted only after pressing the send button!
  • Upon successful submission of the application documentation, the applicant will receive a relevant email notification;
  • The time and date of the interviews will be sent individually to all applicants by e-mail indicated on the portal mobility.tsu.ge.
  • Applicants will be interviewed remotely! 

 

b) Finances and restrictions related to Covid-19

Please note that:

  • Exercising physical mobility may involve adhering to administrative rules and regulations related to entry into the host country, such as possession of a full Covid-19 vaccination certificate, PCR testing (single or multiple), quarantine stay, travel, health and accident insurance, and more. Which is related to financial costs and time resources. All such expenses must be reimbursed by the student participating in the mobility.
