on Approval of the Selection Rules for the Participation of Students in International Student Exchange and Mobility Programmes

Based on Article 2(k) and (z4), Article 22 (1), Article 23(1) of the Law of Georgia on Higher Education, Article 51(1), Article 52(1) and (3), of the General Administrative Code of Georgia, Article 53(3), Article 54(1), Article 55, Article 56(2) and (3), Article 57 of the General Administrative Code of Georgia, Article 14(1), (8)(a, b and (0) and (9), Article 15(1), Article 16(1)(a, m, n and p) of the Statute of the LEPL - Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University approved by the Order #135/m of the Minister of Education and Science of Georgia dated 11 September 2013,

I hereby order:

1. The Selection Rules for the Participation of Students in International Student Exchange and Mobility Programmes of the LEPL - Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (Annex N1) shall be approved.
2. The Department of Information Technology of the University shall be instructed to publish the order on the official website of the University.
3. The University Chancellery shall be responsible for placing the order in a place accessible to all.
4. The order shall enter into force upon publication.
5. This order may be appealed in the manner established by law within one month after its entry into force to the Tbilisi City Court Administrative Cases Board at the address - 6 Davit Aghmashenebeli Alley, 12th kilometre, Tbilisi.
