A competition is announced for the administrative staff of the TSU Department of Foreign Relations to receive Erasmus+ Scholarships at the IES Ribeira do Louro (Spain)!

 

 

!!! Physical mobility will depend on the epidemiological situation in Georgia and Spain, as well as on entry and stay regulations in the host country

 

 

 

The competition is open to the staff members of the Department of Foreign Relations at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, who are employed in a decision-making position and/or whose activities include the coordination of ERASMUS + international credit mobility projects

 

Scholarship Selection Process:

  1. Checking the electronic application and relevant documentation (Tbilisi State University);
  2. Interview with Candidates Selection Committee (Tbilisi State University);
  3. Final Selection / Scholarship Award (Host University).

 

List of application documentation:

  1. A copy of a passport; 
  2. CV in Europass Format (in English);
  3. Certificate of employment (in English);
  4. Work Plan Outline (in English) Annex 1;
  5. Recommendation in English (filled in electronically)

 

 

The administrative staff interestedin applying to the mobility program should register at electronic registration portal of exchange and mobility program management mobility.tsu.ge, upload the full application package (in PDF format) and submit it no later than 14:00 on October 26, 2021.

Please note that the mobility management portal mobility.tsu.ge mobility.tsu.ge:

  • Does not register applications after the deadline (October 26, 14:00);
  • Does not register an incomplete application package; 
  • The application form is considered electronically submitted only after pressing the send button
  • Upon successful submission of the application, the applicant will receive a relevant email notification.
  • The time and date of the interviews will be sent individually to all applicants by e-mail indicated on the portal mobility.tsu.ge.
  • Applicants will be interviewed remotely! 

 

b) Finances and restrictions related to Covid-19

Please note that:

  • Physical mobility may be related to compliance with administrative rules and regulations for entry into the host country, such as possession of a full Covid-19 vaccination certificate, PCR testing (single or multiple), quarantine stay, travel, health, and accident insurance, and more. Which is related to financial costs and time resources. All such expenses shall be reimbursed by the staff involved in the mobility.
  • These exchange programs do not cover reimbursement of international travel, visa fees, or isolation costs; accordingly, these costs must be reimbursed by the staff involved in the mobility.
