In case you do not have an formal language certificate proving your foreign language competence, taken no earlier than 2 calendar years (B2 level) and wish to participate in outbound mobility programs administered by TSU, you’re advised to register for the institutional language test.

 

The registration should be done at mobility.tsu.ge from January 22nd until 6pm on February 26th, 2021.

 

The institutional language test is valid for 2020/21 academic year and is open for students of the second, the third, the fourth, the fifth and the sixth semester of Bachelor level, the first and the second semester of Master level and the first, the second, the third and the fourth semester of PhD level studies*. Eligible applicants should have active student status at the moment of testing.

 

The language test will be held in following languages: English, German, Italian, Portuguese, French, Greek, Spanish and Turkish.  

 

The language test will be held on March 2nd, 2021 at 10am, at the University Library (11, University Street, Tbilisi).

 

For the attention of the fifth and upper semester PhD level students wishing to apply for PhD scholarships: the fifth and upper semester PhD level students, who are unable to complete their studies within 6 academic semesters (due to the difficulty of the research topic), are allowed to apply on the condition that they present a reference issued by the faculty on the above mentioned matter (necessity to extend the 6-semester-long PhD period due to the academic needs).

 

Please note that in case the epidemiological situation worsens or other otherwise unforeseen circumstances arise, the given language test may be canceled or postponed.
