Spinom Digital a fast-growing local software Development Company is looking for a Recruiter’s Assistant.

 

This job is for you if you are familiar with general business communication etiquette be that spoken or written, have strong organizational skills and good command of English language.

 

Students with good academic record are welcome to apply, there is no previous experience required. The working hours can be tailored to your university schedule – also, the possibility to work from home is available.

 

Job Description:

  • Taking thorough care of the administrative work throughout the recruitment cycle be that scheduling interviews, providing instructions, etc.
  • Facilitating communication between the parties via calls or emails;
  • Being on the loop and keeping parties up-to-date on the status of each application;
  • Organizing own work so that it is transparent and easily understandable at any time for the management;
  • Conducting other duties relevant to the position;

 

Requirements:

  • Students of any academic year are welcome to apply, no previous experience required;
  • Fluency in English language in both spoken and written is a must;
  • Knowledge of Russian language is an asset;
  • Familiarity with MS Excel;
  • Business communication etiquette;
