Are you interested in Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies from a non-technical perspective? - Policy, emerging laws and regulations, governance, ethics, standards and codes of conduct. We are in search of enthusiasts for Artificial Intelligence technologies.

 

Adalan AI is a management and policy consulting startup working for clients internationally providing services on AI policy, AI ethics, AI governance and similar. At this moment we are completely remote but will be setting up offices in Europe’s cities from 2022. Our work language is English, hence excellent fluency in English is required for all positions.

 

Our growing team is in need of a talented junior consultant to help develop product and engage with client projects. The ideal candidate is super curious, open to learning and diving into the unknown.

 

While the role is fully remote, communication and the ability to meet deadlines is a must. Preference will be given to those with previous experience or demonstrated interest in digital policies, Artificial Intelligence or privacy laws and big data issues.

 

Required Qualifications:

- Fluent English, C1-C2 level with exceptional writing skills

- Relevant experience or demonstrated interest through other internships or academic programs such as interpreting regulatory and legal documents and language, analyzing the policies, product risk assessment/management and similar

- Degree in social sciences: international relations, international law and economics, public relations or similar

- Basic understanding of AI technologies, digital policies or data protection policies

- Curious and willing to research a wide variety of topics related to AI and Big Data

- Ability to read or skim through wide body of texts, quickly analyze and apply the information

 

Not required but desired:

- Candidate has conducted market and/or user research and evaluated qualitative and quantitative results to drive decision-making

- Readiness to upskill, willingness of long-term career development in the field

- Willingness to build own social media presence on Linkedin

 

What you will be doing:

- Communicate with the CEO and other team members about the content details

- Read, research and learn about all things AI

- Translate new and existing AI regulations and standards into policy packs for the Adalan AI governance framework;

- Managing and prioritizing the policy roadmap for the Adalan AI governance framework;

- Working with Adalan AI customers to create and maintain custom policy packs that meet their enterprise needs;

- Work with CEO to identify and evaluate new policy-related feature development opportunities;

- Write product requirements documents for new policy-related features that are validated with the market, and work with engineering and design to execute on building those features;

 

Details:

- Start date: April or May

- Remuneration: 1000 GEL gross

- Working hours: full-time, flexible hours

- Fully remote until September 2022. However, in cases of urgent need, meetings will be held in collaborative office spaces.
