About Us:

Position: Lawyer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal consultation and support on a variety of cases, including corporate, commercial, tax, and labor law matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court or other legal proceedings, as required.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on Georgian and international legal developments.
• Assist with compliance and regulatory matters.
• Collaborate with the team to develop legal strategies and solutions tailored to clients' needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in law (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a practicing lawyer.
• Proficiency in both English and Russian is mandatory (both spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of Georgian legislation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with international clients or in a multinational environment.
• Prior experience in corporate law, tax law, or litigation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
