About the open role:  

 

As a CRM Specialist, your mission will be to participate in the creation of customer loyalty and retention programs as well as to customize different segmentations for constantly improving the customer lifecycle experience.

 

 

What you’ll do:  

Work with the database to segment the audience, analyze their behavior, and improve the quality of the database;

Perform different digital campaigns (Email, SMS, App push, Viber, WhatsApp, and etc.);

Create and send application push messages from the internal platform;

Assist the Senior CRM manager in developing and analyzing various campaigns;

Be involved of creation and testing internal automatization tool;

Check banners and text copies before create campaigns.

 

What we expect from you:   

Work experience as a Junior CRM specialist or similar role;

Good Knowledge of English and Russian communication skills;

Experience in processing data in Excel is essential;

Experience in Email marketing;

Passionate for sports, with a strong understanding of its various directions;

Attention to details, to manage the integrity of the CRM data;

Strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to prioritize tasks and projects effectively;

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving attitudes;

A good team player, able to learn and share knowledge.
