TSU Vocational Education Centre graduates and students Marika Ivaniadze, Ninia Lezhava, Erekle Tavidashvili, Sopho Abesadze and Gocha Gabunia have been selected for paid internships at the Customs Department of the Revenue Service.

Three graduates and two current students of the Customs Affairs vocational programme (Kutaisi) will undertake paid internships at the customs checkpoints Kutaisi Airports and Free Industrial Zones and Poti and Kulevi Ports and Poti Free Industrial Zone.

“I am very proud to share the success of my students. Three graduates and two current students have been selected by the Customs Department of the Revenue Service for paid internships at the customs checkpoints in Kutaisi and Poti. It is particularly important that, upon successful completion of the internship, they will have a strong prospect of further employment. For me, this is confirmation that our programme truly prepares competitive professionals for careers in public institutions,” said Lasha Chakvetadze, Head of the Customs Affairs vocational programme (Kutaisi).
