Students of the TSU Vocational Education Center (Kutaisi) are completing practical training at the base of LLC "Mega." The center has been collaborating with "Mega" since 2020, helping students develop practical skills.

 "Since 'Financial Services' is a vocational program, our main goal is to provide students with practical experience. The learning process takes place both in the classroom, through theoretical studies, and in real practical environments, in the form of industrial internships at the actual internship sites. Our partner organizations include the commercial enterprise LLC 'Mega' and the financial-credit institution JSC 'Credo Bank.'" Said Khatuna Tkeshelashvili, head of the "Financial Services" vocational program.

Students consider practical experience as a necessary prerequisite for employment. "We are completing internships at LLC 'Mega' and simultaneously at 'Credo Bank.' Along with the theoretical materials, practical training helps us a lot in our development. Personally, this experience has been extremely helpful. Even though I am still a student, I already have a job offer and will start working at 'Credo Bank,'" stated vocational student Mariam Asatiani.

Employers are also eager to find well-trained candidates. Inga Sopromadze, the head of LLC "Mega," emphasized that offering students practical experience and collaborating with educational institutions is important for employers.  This is why the partnership with the TSU Vocational Education Center has been successful for many years. "It is in our interest because having skilled consultants and cashier - operators benefits both our company and our customers. We teach students what is included in their responsibilities and how to serve customers. They also get familiar with the 'Apex' service program and get a brief overview of accounting," added Inga Sopromadze.
