A training session “Prioritization and Decision-Making” was conducted for administrative staff, teachers, and students at the TSU Center of Vocational Education.
The training was organized within the framework of the Erasmus+ co-funded Institutional Capacity Building project “DeSIRe – Development of Soft Skills in Armenian and Georgian Higher Education Institutions in Line with the Requirements of the 21st Century Labor Market.”
The session was led by the project’s local coordinator, Irma Grdzelidze, Associate Professor at TSU, member of the EUA-CDE Council for Doctoral Education, and Chair of the Erasmus+ Higher Education Reform Experts (HERE) Group in Georgia.
The training covered decision-making strategies, techniques for effective prioritization, and the development of skills for effective response in both individual and team-based processes.
