Students of the TSU vocational programme “Financial Services” (Kutaisi) paid introductory visits to partner organizations, where they became familiar with the practical aspects of their profession in a real working environment.

At Mega LLC, students toured the main structural units of the retail facility and learned about the specifics of operations in several areas, including management, accounting, warehouse inventory management, cash desk operations, cashier-operator functions, and customer service processes.

They also received detailed information on financial document management, cash and cashless transactions, inventory control, and the organization of customer service, which significantly complements the theoretical component of the programme.

The visit to Credo Bank focused on gaining a systematic understanding of banking operations. Students observed the working environment of a bank branch and were introduced in practice to customer service processes, cash operations, administration of banking products, internal control mechanisms, and basic principles of banking security.

The students gained practical insight into the organizational structure of the bank, the functional distribution of staff, and the regulatory framework within which banking activities are carried out in Georgia.
