About the Project

Currently, we are looking for a Junior Data Manager to join a fast-growing company specializing in rewards, vouchers, and incentives. Based in Munich, Germany, the company provides innovative solutions for marketing, sales, and HR, helping businesses enhance customer loyalty, boost sales, and motivate employees through data-driven strategies. We are looking for a Junior Data Manager to optimize CRM data quality, support sales and marketing teams, and ensure data accuracy. This role includes managing data creation, validation, and maintenance to enhance marketing initiatives and drive business success.

Your Duties:

As a Junior Data Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Carrying out data checks based on requests from marketing, sales, and management teams.
• Supporting marketing activities in lead generation, social selling, and direct marketing.
• Identifying and cleansing duplicate data to maintain CRM accuracy.
• Conducting ongoing verification of contact details and updating information as needed.
• Researching and recording decision-maker contacts using intelligent tools and methodologies.
• Assisting with the timely evaluation and processing of leads for sales and service teams.
• Implementing data selections and populating data pools for marketing campaigns.
• Performing ad hoc analyses on CRM data to address technical queries from marketing, sales, and management.

Requirements: 

• 1+ years of experience in research and working with CRM systems or data management.
• General knowledge of CRM systems, including how they work, their purpose, and how to optimize data quality.
• Familiarity with tools like ERP, HRMS, Sales, ATS, CRM, and similar systems.
• Market/industry knowledge: Understanding of company structures and the types of positions within these companies.
• Strong analytical skills with an understanding of well-structured data.
• German language Upper Intermediate (C1) is a must.
• English language Upper Intermediate (B1) is a must.
