3. Job Description

As part of our international team, you will have the opportunity to play a major role in our growth with creative freedom and a high degree of personal responsibility. Therefore, we are looking for a motivated, curious, eager, and dedicated candidate with a strong personality, a team player that fits in a dynamic work environment

 

Your day to day tasks will include:

● Managing the whole process of publishing vacancies

● Screening and management company email

● Communicating with our partner recruiters

● Managing inbox in our social media channels

● Other recruiting related tasks where your assistance will be crucial

 

4. What you should bring along

● You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German C1 level;

● You have a degree in business administration or related fields. 3rd and 4th grade students are also welcome to apply

● You are ideally familiar with G Suite products

● You are proactive, motivated and result oriented person;

● Passionate about recruiting and career development

 

Nice to have:

● English B2 level;

● Familiar with social media channels (Meta Suite) managing and/or Zoho HRMS
