Georgia’s European Perspective: A Discussion

Georgia’s EU membership application and the country’s European perspective were discussed at a discussion “Georgia’s European Perspective” held at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (TSU).
 

Pawel Herczynski, the Ambassador of the European Union to Georgia, Nino Okribelashvili, Deputy Rector of TSU, European experts, academic personnel, and students attended the event. Prof. Steven Blockmans – the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS); Dr. Tinatin Akhvlediani - the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) and Dr. Christophe Hillion – the University of Oslo participated in the discussion.
 

The invited European experts presented their opinions on Georgia’s application for EU membership and the country’s European perspective. Both attendees and representatives of the online audience participated in the Q&A session.
 

The event was organized by the Delegation of the European Union to Georgia.
