Tbilisi State University Rector, Academician Jaba Samushia inspected the ongoing rehabilitation works at the Kutaisi branch of the TSU Vocational Education Center.
As part of the rehabilitation project, the second and third floors of the building are being completely renovated to create a learning environment that meets modern standards in vocational education.
The rector inspected the progress of the work, the infrastructural changes and the quality of the work carried out on site. According to Samushia, developing the infrastructure of vocational education is important so that students have a complete and modern environment to acquire practical skills.
Starting with the new academic year, students in vocational programs will continue their studies in a completely renovated space, which will significantly improve teaching quality and promote vocational education in the region.
Last year, the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia allocated more than GEL 1.3 million for the rehabilitation project.
