An event dedicated to International Child Protection Day was held at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (TSU), organized by the TSU Library and the Library Friends Club.
The guests were entertained by the children of the Chokhonelidze Studio, while the young dancers from the Ballet Studio Elegant performed an impressive routine. An exhibition and sale of children’s books from ten different publishing houses was also organized, where children and their parents could explore a variety of literature and purchase books.
In the cognitive and creative spaces, children could visit a calligraphy corner to learn the art of beautiful writing and a chemist’s corner to conduct fun scientific experiments.
As part of the anniversary celebrations, the TSU Library’s central building hosted an exhibition of drawings by schoolchildren on the theme “Illustration of My Favorite Book.”
