New Experience about “Startups” from Silicon Valley Expert

One of the easiest ways to understand the innovative trends of the 21st century and how to turn your idea into a commercial one was to attend the public lecture and workshop of American expert Eileen Brewer at Tbilisi State University.

Eileen Brewer has 25 years of experience in Silicon Valley with tech startups and more than 6 years as an Angel investor. She has created the first start-up tech. accelerators in Iraq, where the investments in start-ups increased from 2 to 14 million within two years.

During four days, representatives of different structural divisions of Tbilisi State University or simply interested persons had the opportunity to work directly with Eileen on the development of their own ideas and to receive her recommendations.

The main topics of Eileen’s four-day workshop were idea generation, design thinking, user discovery and study, lean canvas, pivoting, market research and strategy, Pitch and Pitch deck creation methodologies.

The four-day training course and public lecture were funded within the framework of the University Capacity Building Program (UCBP), which is administered by the American Councils for International Education and is financed by the U.S. Embassy to Georgia.
