Dr. Seligman's public lecture - Positive Psychology: Past, Present, and Future

What is positive psychology? How has it evolved, and what future lies ahead for this influential field?

 

 Join us for an inspiring public lecture by Dr. Martin Seligman, one of the founders of Positive Psychology. The lecture is organized by the student self-governance of the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences at Tbilisi State University, in collaboration with the Department of Education

 

Theme of the lecture: "Positive Psychology: Past, Present, and Future."

 

 Dr. Seligman, will guide us through the development of Positive Psychology discussing the topics from his book “the Hope Circuit”. After the lecture, there will be a brief Q&A, when the audience will be able to ask the questions they have about the contents of this book.

 

The lecture will cover how Positive Psychology has revolutionized traditional psychological approaches. We will explore its core principles, practical applications, future perspectives,the PERMA theory, well-being in our everyday life, positive psychotherapy and a very fascinating connection of positive psychology with AI (Artificial Intelligence). 

We want to note that the lecture is completely free of charge and is being conducted purely out of Dr. Seligman’s kind will.
