It is possible to undergo either the complete course, or its separate module.

Precondition for participation in the course: No preconditions; any interested person is eligible to participate in the program or its separate module
The purpose of the course is:
To help individuals interested in career development improve their social skills necessary for their success, including increase their social competence and develop business communication skills.
To equip individuals with such communication techniques that will simplify and improve their activities in the relations with both colleagues and citizens.
To develop social skills for overcoming conflicts at work, crises and emotional tensions.
Upon completion of the course, participants will be able:
To have purpose-oriented and partner-oriented business communication
To deliver information clearly
To listen to an interlocutor actively
To apply to relevant form of behavior in difficult situations
To have relations with citizens in line with service standards and to clarify their requirements
To refuse or provide negative information tactfully, in an acceptable form
To calm down aggressive citizens
To manage their own emotions
To settle conflict situations peacefully

In case of corporate order, the fee will be defined according to the contract.
The certificate of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University will be awarded upon competition of the course or a module.
