"Tbilisi Huawei Technologies Co" is looking for a suitable candidate for the following position Job title: Spare Part Specialist.

Responsibilities/Duties:

Asset security

** Organize spare parts asset counting, KCP, CT/SACA, and on-site inspection to ensure asset security and mitigate internal control risks.

Pre-sales involvement

** Delivery solution design and review.

Delivery performance

** Communicate and report delivery performance to customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
** Spare Parts Repair/Replacement flow management
** Service Requests, Report and Notification management.
** Maintenance contract coverage, SLA management.
** Inventory management (Query, Report, Inbound, Outbound, Safety stock).
** Lifecycle management (Installation, Return, Scrap, Repair, Procurement).

Requirements:

** Candidate would be considered with up to 1 year experience or entry level;
** Good knowledge of English is mandatory;
** Good knowledge of Excel is mandatory;
** Be familiar with telecom industry, managing high valuable telecom equipment;
** Great Service skills and mind is most required one;
** Promoting process improvement;
** Solution focused, oriented to improvement and development;
** Team player, Easy-learner with good communication skills;
