About the Project

Currently, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Success specialist to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone passionate about supporting talent development and ensuring a smooth talent onboarding experience. You will be part of the Success squad and assist the squad lead in the end-to-end talent management process from onboarding to performance tracking, while handling administrative tasks and maintaining talent records.

Your Duties:

As a Talent Success Specialist, you will be responsible for:
 

Contract Creation & Management: Assist in drafting, talent contracts to ensure compliance and smooth processing from hiring to performance management

Administrative & Benefits Support: Provide assistance with administrative tasks, including leave management and coordinating employee benefits programs. Assists employees in obtaining documents necessary to get employment or for legalization

Employee Records Management: Gather, update, and maintain accurate employee records and documents

Performance & Compliance Tracking: Assist in monitoring talent performance and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements. Keep the talent agreements up to date

Hardware Distribution & Maintenance: Manage the acquisition, distribution and maintenance of company hardware, ensuring talents have the tools they need to perform effectively

Employer Branding Initiatives: Support the direct supervisor in activities that enhance company culture and talent engagement

General HR Assistance: Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor within the scope of the role and company policies




 


 

Requirements: 

At least 6 months of experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Bachelor's degree in business administration (or last year student)

Basic knowledge of HR processes

Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of HR and beyond

Strong organizational and communication skills

Strong business communication (written + verbal) skills

Ability to manage different tasks at once (multitasking)

Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

English language upper intermediate (B2) is a must
