Universities around the world can no longer disregard the opportunities created by the internationalization and globalization of education. To meet the demands of the globalized labor market, increased cooperation with other universities will help Georgian students and university graduates receive a high quality education consistent with international standards and requirements. To facilitate international cooperation with other universities, Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University has signed number of cooperative agreements and memorandums of understanding with the universities all over the world. One of the major aims of international collaboration is the development research projects, educational and academic exchanges, and cultural activities. Once university partners arrange these collaborative projects, each seeks institutional approval to carry out examples of activities and programs that include joint activities (exchange of faculty members and students), participation in seminars, workshops and conferences, exchange of academic materials and other information, short-term academic programs etc. Please consult the brochure to learn more about some of our ongoing projects.
